Breakfast for pilots/passengers (RAF hangar)
Lunch: Airfield hamburgers, Phil's snocones, RFD sausage on a stick (1928 hangar)
1:00 p.m. Short airshow (airfield CLOSED 12:50 - 2:00)
Dinner: PILOTS AND PASSENGERS ONLY Catered BBQ $28 (by noon Sept 29 for ticket)

Arrival & Field Closures

Pilots should plan to arrive Friday before 6:15 p.m., as the field will be CLOSED from 6:15–7:00 p.m. Friday eveningfor a short airshow. Sunset is at 7:16 p.m., so there will be a window to arrive or depart after the show.

The field will also be CLOSED Saturday from 12:50–2:00 p.m. It will reopen immediately after the airshow if the show concludes before 2:00 p.m. The airshow lasts less than an hour and typically includes four aerobatic acts.

Camping, Hotels & Breakfast

If you plan to camp, showers are available on site. If you are staying at a hotel, kindly send us a message before the event so we can plan accordingly.

Breakfast will be available Saturday and Sunday mornings at the new hangar, with eggs, bacon, biscuits, coffee, and more.

Airport Traffic

Traffic is SEE AND AVOID. You may hear someone on the radio offering traffic guidance, but do not plan or rely on that assistance. Any guidance is offered only as additional support. It is each pilot's responsibility to maintain separation from other aircraft.

Plan to SEE AND AVOID.

Go-arounds/flybys are not discouraged, provided the normal traffic pattern is flown and the pass is not made downwind.

Runways 1 and 19 use standard left traffic. Pattern altitude is 1,000 feet AGL.
